4 Days tour trip from Tangier

Day 1: Arrival – Tangier – Rabat

Arrive in Tangier, where you will be met by our team, and head to Rabat, the former imperial capital with its domes, minarets, and green spaces. You will travel via the Andalusian and Arab city of Larache on the Atlantic coast.

we will visit the Udaya Kasbah, the medina surrounded by the walls of the Almohad family and 17th-century Andalusian walls upon arrival. After having our lunch, we will visit the Tower of Hassan, the mausoleum of King Mohammed V, and the cemetery of Chera with its Roman and Islamic remains. Take a pause by entering a cafe or restaurant before continuing our visit to the old medina. Dinner and overnight stay in Rabat. 

Day 2: Rabat – Ancient Volubilis – Fez

After breakfast, drive from the capital city to the Second Empire city of Meknes, along our path we will cross several farms. In Meknes, you will visit the famous Bab el-Mansur Gate. During a city tour of Meknes, visit the stables of Sahrij Suan (a big water store)i, the old medina ‘Lahdim’, and the beautiful royal palace. We then leave to visit the holy city of Moulay Idriss. There is time to relax in this beautiful town before going back in time and visit the Roman ruins of Volubilis. It is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and is truly spectacular. After sightseeing, you will head to the larger town of Fez overnight.

Day 3: Fez – guided city tour

Enjoy a full-day city tour to discover the beautiful Fez with a local guide. Fez is the intellectual capital and the oldest imperial capital of Morocco. It is the historical heart of the country, it’s also a spiritual and religious capital was chosen by the UNESCO as a World Heritage Site. The sights are rich in the city of Fez, including Jemaa Qaraouine Square, the world’s first university, Medersa Bouania, Dar Dabagh, artisan tanneries, Bab Boujloud, and the bazaar. Overnight in Fez at your hotel or riad.

Day 4: Fez – Chefchaouen – Tangier

On that day, we drive to Tangier through grean areas and small villages on the foot of Rif Mountains. En route, visit the famous blue town of Chefchaouen, located in the basin of the two mountains that gave it its name, Ekshaoui (Horn). The town made of white and blue walls, you will walk over indigo-colored buildings, small squares, flowering fountains, ornate doors, and houses with red-tiled roofs make up the town one of the most tourism destinations in the world. By the end of the day we head back to Tangier, where our tour trip ends.
