Itinirary
Day 1: Marrakech – Ait Ben Haddou – Ouarzazate – Zagora
Depart early in the morning and cross the High Atlas Mountains, where we will pass through the high path in Morocco Tizi Ntichka Pass at an altitude of 2260 metres. We then travel to the ancient Kasbah of Ait Ben Haddou to visit this world heritage site by UNESCO. The Mummy, Gladiator, Seven Years in Tibet, Babel, …… Numerous films have been shot here. After lunch drive to Zagora via the Draa Valley, an almost continuous oasis. It is 5 km to Zagora, about an hour’s camel ride, in a special natural environment where the air is clean, the sights and sounds carry for hundreds of kilometers, undisturbed silence reigns and you can hear yourself think! Watch the charming sunset, have dinner, and spend the night in Zagora’s tent.
Day 2: Zagora – Draa Valley – Ouarzazate – Marrakech
After watching the panoramic sunrise and taking your breakfast, you will discover the palm trees, the inhabitants, and the rich cultural heritage. Lunch in Ouarzazate, explore the town (Kasbah Taourirt, film studio), and return to Marrakech via the Tichka Pass. End of the tour in Marrakech.
