Once you arrive in Meknes, take some time to explore the city’s walls, palaces, and monuments, then head to the ruins of Volubilis. Volubilis was once the capital of the Roman-Berber Empire and is now a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The ruins are some of the most remarkable in the world and a must-see in Morocco. We will take a guided tour and explore the ruins, including the Triumphal Arch, the House of Orpheus, and the Basilica. After exploring the ruins, our driver will take you to Moulay Idriss, the holiest city in Morocco located just a few kilometers away. Pause for lunch at one of the many restaurants in the city center and then continue on to the picturesque village of Sefrou. Take some time to explore the old medina, then make your way back to Fes.
