DAY 1: ARRIVAL DAY – MARRAKECH – DADES VALLEY

We will meet you in Marrakech, the most vibrant and bustling city in Morocco, rich in culture and history. This vibrant city is a must–visit destination for anyone looking for an unforgettable travel experience. We will drive from the red city ‘Of Marrakech’ through Tizi N’tichka pass at 2260m altitude. Along the way, we will enjoy the beautiful landscapes until we reach the Kasbah of Ait Ben Haddou, a preserved heritage site selected by UNESCO. Our pause for lunch will be in Ouarzazate, where we can visit the film studios and the Kasbah later. Then, you will continue via the magnificent oasis of Skoura, Kalaat M’gouna, which is also known for producing flowers and water flowers. Through the Valley of Roses, we reach the Gorges of Dades. Night stay at the hotel on the site.

DAY 2: DADES VALLEY – TOUROUG – ERFOUD – MERZOUGA DUNES

Wake up in the morning, take our breakfast, then head to the desert of Merzouga. We will cross over several small Berber villages such as Tinghir, Gorges de Todra, Tinajdade, Touroug, and Rissani, and finally, we reach Erg Chebbi Dunes in Merzouga. We will find a camel professional guide who will lead us to the heart of the desert on the back of camels. It will be a wonderful experience. Over the high dunes, we will attend the panoramic sunset and spend the night in a Berber Camp under the starry sky in one of the best romantic moments in the desert. You will taste the Sahraouin dinner and enjoy the traditional GNAWA music.

DAY 3: MERZOUGA – MARRAKECH

On the last day, we will wake up early to enjoy the charming sunrise from the nearest high dune. Of course, we can’t leave without having a delicious breakfast first then we ride camels back to the village of Merzouga. Later, we leave back to Marrakech via the high Atlas mountains. And because Marrakech is an international tourist destination, we will have a walking tour in Medina if we arrive earlier. Marrakech is home to the famous square Jamaa el’ fna, Koutoubia Mosque, Majorelle Gardens, and the colorful traditional souks. After a guided tour of Marrakech, we end our 3-day desert tour from Marrakech to Merzouga by dropping you off at your riad or at the airport.
